Delta Smart Manufacturing Webinars 2023: Future Factory and the Prospects of Smart Manufacturing
Explore smart manufacturing with Delta every afternoon from 7 July on the YouTube Channel of Delta Industrial Automation
*Webinars in Mandarin Chinese
Delta’s Smart Manufacturing Webinar series from April to May has come to a close. However, starting in July, Delta will feature a whole new webinar series: “Future Factory and the Prospects of Smart Manufacturing”. Upgrading to a smart factory is the top priority and focus of investment for manufacturers moving towards automation and smart manufacturing. With its solid experience and practice, Delta will share its smart manufacturing deployment planning, and focus on integrated applications, production line upgrades, sustainability, and fluid equipment optimization that can help webinar viewers benefit from smart manufacturing and enhance their future competitiveness.
From 7 July to 4 August, Delta is hosting the webinar series “Future Factory and the Prospects of Smart Manufacturing” on its YouTube Channel Delta Industrial Automation at 14:00 every Friday. Webinar topics for July and August will include:
- 7 July: Integrated solutions for smart manufacturing
Smart manufacturing has been accelerating in today’s factories. On 7 July, Delta is going to introduce Robot with Flexible Feeding System, which adopts Delta’s anyfeeder solution to address problems caused by traditional feeders, such as high maintenance cost, separate software, and time-consuming changeover. The content will also include the Automated Shoe Mold Spray Solution with the integration of Delta’s ToF camera and robot to perform fast and precise spray, enhancing processing efficiency.
- 14 July: Production line upgrade in the electronics industry
Automated production is the key to smart manufacturing in the electronics industry. Industrial automation not only enhances production speed and precision but also helps manufacture high-quality products. On 14 July, Delta will share two significant pieces of smart equipment: the Loader & Unloader Machine and the PCB Router Machine, which greatly enhance productivity, save on material, and lower energy consumption to achieve production line automation for a greater competitive advantage in the market.
- 21 July: Smart factory & sustainability
Considering the sustainable development goals established by the UN, upgrading facilities to embrace smart green manufacturing has been a rising trend. To help manufacturers achieve their smart green transformation, on 21 July Delta will focus on Industrial Infrastructure Solutions (also known as smart green facility solutions), which integrate OT and IT layers to quantitatively manage carbon emissions and footprint to maximize oil, gas, water, and electricity utilization. What’s more, Delta can provide consultancy on energy-saving diagnoses, solutions, and plans for a smart green manufacturing future.
- 28 July: Highly efficient green transformation
As the world faces extreme weather change, industries have been launching carbon reduction goals for sustainable development. To help webinar viewers strike a balance between economic development and environmental protection, on 28 July, Delta will demonstrate software-hardware integration with its Industrial Energy Management System DIAEnergie and Smart Power Meter DPM Series to monitor overall energy consumption in the factory for users to centrally manage and analyze the utilization. At the event, Delta will also introduce the Direct-Drive Permanent Magnet Frequency-Variable Cooling Tower Solution and how it enhances system efficiency and reduces loading for high-efficiency energy-saving.
- 4 August: Next-generation products for the fluid industry
Chillers, air compressors, and blowers are common fluid machinery. These pieces of equipment are playing an important role in energy saving, carbon reduction, and sustainability development. On 4 August, the final session of the webinar series, Delta will introduce the High-Speed Fluid Machinery Solution which integrates maglev drives, motors, and bearings to enhance rotational speed and achieve wide and stable high-speed drive control. In addition, Delta’s Open-Loop Variable-Torque Standard Drive VP3000 Series offers an upgrade for low harmonic improvement, which is considered to be a new generation of drive for the fluid industry.
Starting from 7 July, Delta will host a whole new webinar series: Future Factory and the Prospects of Smart Manufacturing. The theme will guide webinar viewers toward smart factories, and cover integrated applications, production line upgrades, sustainability, and fluid equipment optimization to help viewers get started on their smart factory and smart manufacturing future!
