Liquid to Air CDU

Delta coolant distribution unit, FHS-X440350-01, is a 8RU height and 19-inch rack-mounted appliance, which distributes coolant through the manifolds and cold plate loop, to remove heat load from IT components in rack. 

The FHS series CDU product comes with a liquid-to-air heat exchanger to exchange heat from the liquid side to the air side.
