Training program will be held in Delta Taiwan for 3-12 months. Training content may differ depending on your position and your expertise. During the training period, you will gain deeper technology knowledge, familiarize with daily operation and product development processes as well as collaboration among different departments; Meanwhile, personal training program, 1 on 1 mentoring and language courses would also be included. Probation assessments and transfer assessments will be conducted in the training period. After completion, you will be relocated to the designated location.
