Delta Smart Farming Solution Helps Manage & Enhance Livestock Welfare

Delta’s solution offers complete environmental data and video surveillance through user-friendly web pages and apps. Without the need to visit each spot in person, managers and livestock farmers can remotely monitor and coordinate projects in conference rooms or central monitoring rooms.
 
Delta’s Smart Farming Solution leverages the SCADA System VTScada as the upper system to manage various subsystems such as environmental control, manure treatment, equipment alarms, energy consumption, and more. Curves, patterns, and columns are displayed via intuitive interfaces for data visualization, establishing a comprehensive database for future in-depth analysis. The solution also uses a variety of Delta’s self-developed products such as HMIs, PLCs, drives, motors, power meters, and more. With the Compact Modular Mid-Range PLC AS Series and Human Machine Interface DOP-100 Series, users can simply set parameters on the user-friendly HMI that help connect operators and equipment together for efficiency management. In terms of fan control, the solution adopts the Standard Compact Drive MS300 Series and IE5 efficiency level PMa Synchronous Reluctance Motor MSI Series that feature outstanding performance to enhance equipment efficiency. The Power Meter DPM Series precisely measures power quality parameters and identifies equipment malfunctions and energy waste to analyze electricity consumption and manage energy usage for energy-saving goals.
