The heat dissipation of a drive directly affects its reliability and service. In addition to natural heat dissipation and air cooling, liquid is also an important medium for heat dissipation of the drive in specific environments and applications.
Delta’s Liquid Cooled Motor Drive C2000-R Series supports water cooling. Considering the applications and installation space, the C2000-R Series adopts a special heat dissipation design. The drive has a compact structure, small size, and high power density, ranging from 185 kW to 355 kW.
The liquid-cooled heat dissipation method prevents dust from having a negative impact on the heat dissipation of the drive. This method is suitable for large-scale engineering sites with harsh environments such as mines, tunnel drilling, and the chiller industry which leverages existing cooling systems to manage heat dissipation.
